Frequently asked questions

How many sessions will I need?


It really does depend on the presenting issue/concern/complaint. If your issue is chronic and has been bothering you for a long time, you will likely need a number of sessions to get to the bottom of it. If on the other hand your issue is recent, or acute you may only need one or two sessions. We will discuss fully during your first appointment what your needs are, and how we think the sessions will progress. You can book, or stop booking whenever it feels right for you.




What is the cancellation policy?


We understand that life happens and you may need to reschedule your appointment. If you do need to cancel we would appreciate 24 hours notice. There will be no fee for appointments giving us notice of 24 hours or more. If you have to cancel within this time frame you will be charged 50% of your appointment fee.




What can Kinesiology help?


Holistic Kinesiology can help with the following issues; fertility and menstrual problems, weight management, self esteem, relationship stress, physical, mental and emotional concerns, aches and pains, depression, anxiety, digestive complaints, sleep problems and more. Holistic Kinesiology looks at the whole you, and helps bring you back to wellness.




Can I buy packages?


Yes. If we know in advance that you will need a number of sessions to work through your issues, we do offer a % discount if you buy 5 sessions in one go. 5 x 60 mins sessions at $475 (reduced from equivalent of $525)




What is a "health form" & why do I need to fill it out?


Holistic Kinesiology looks at your health and issues holistically. When you are out of balance your body will present very subtle patterns (sometimes not so subtle) that we need to be aware of, in order to best address those stresses. For eg you may be waking at a similar time every night to go to the toilet, or you may have an energy slump at the same time every day. These subtle signals tell us a lot about what may be going on for you. There is so much information to cover, so the best use of time is for me to send the form ahead of your first consultation. If you send that back to me, or bring it on the day then we can be more focussed in where we look and what issues we address for you. If you didn't fill this form in ahead of time, we would likely spend the whole 90 mins discussing the minute details of your life, habits, patterns and not get onto the treatment table.
